On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the Brussels Museum of Geuze in 1998, this completely new original beer of spontaneous fermentation was brewed. It is an amber-coloured pure malt beer with an alcohol percentage of 6%. After the brewing process, spontaneous fermentation follows. This is not a Geuze but a beer in which only pale ale type barley malt is used and only 50% aged hops and 50% young hops. This beer matures on average two years in wooden barrels.
