De son côté, Hidden Springs s'est attaqué au gâteau aux prunes et à la levure, un dessert polonais classique.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eUn long vieillissement traditionnel, précédé d'une fermentation poussée, permet à cette bière de reposer plus de deux mois en cuve. Des notes sombres sont présentes, mais sans être envahissantes comme dans une Imperial Stout. Les ingrédients sélectionnés lui confèrent une légère douceur et un caractère tropical distinct.
