The famous astronomer Carl Sagan described the Earth as a 'pale blue dot'. The Pale Blue Dot IPA was inspired by this description. The complex flavor of various hop varieties reflects the Earth, and we regularly commit ourselves to its protection, for example through donations on World Environment Day.
This hazy NE IPA offers a pleasant bouquet of exotic tropical fruit and a sweet entry. The malt sweetness and light body soften the mild bitterness, which—accompanied by fruity and resinous notes—transitions into a dry finish. Our brewers have generously added five hop varieties to a base of soft oats and complex esters from the fermentation process; without hesitation, they reveal the mysterious, joyful experience of hoppy beers.
