For this special version of our Strawberry/Kriek, we blended a strawberry lambic with a Schaarbeekse cherry lambic. The strawberries are from an organic farmer. The cherries were picked by about ten local families. The maceration lasted for an average of more than 11 months and most of the lambics we used were over four years old. The weighted average age at the time of bottling is more than 34 months and the final fruit intensity is 472 grams of strawberries and sour cherries per liter. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
