Basqueland Sprockets | Spring Bock

Prockets is the golden, pale, and flavorful version of German bock beers. As a high-alcohol lager, it offers a very clean fermentation profile, allowing the malt to take center stage without distraction.

We brewed this beer with a selection of premium malts: Weyermann Barke Pilsner, Barke Munich, and Vienna malt. The result is a solid structure that stands out for its sweet grain aroma, with deep notes of honey, toasted bread crust, and an authentic rustic character.

On the palate, it is silky smooth, true to the aroma but with a floral finish that cleanses the taste buds for the next sip. A full-bodied, technical lager with that "kitsch" touch we love so much.
