Goose Island Beer Co. Bourbon County Bramble Rye 2018 | BA Stout

Origin: USA

For this variant, Goose Island aged their Bourbon County Stout in rye whiskey barrels, after which they added raspberry and blackberry juice and purée from Michigan and Washington. This process resulted in complex, jammy fruit notes that are prominent, yet well-integrated with the beer's caramel and chocolate flavors and the spicy rye character of the barrels.
