The Barbãr Bok is adorned with dark colors and a ruby-red reflection. It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and combines the sweetness of honey with the strength of alcohol. The honey comes from Yucatan in Mexico and is barely noticeable. At the brewery, they claim that the Barbãr does not taste like honey, but when it is served with a dish containing added honey, the dish tastes like Barbãr.

A magnificent beer without compromise. Initially, it was brewed only in winter and was called Barbãr Winter Bok. However, since 2008, consumers have decided otherwise. You can now enjoy it in summer too, to the great delight of brown beer lovers.

Since 2009, it has been marketed in 33 cl bottles with a swing-top cap, emphasizing the strong and centuries-old character of this beer
