A sequel to our ALL THE VANILLA stout, brewed again in collaboration with the California brewers at Moksa, this time focused entirely on coconut. Toasted, raw, and liquid coconut come together in a rich, barrel-aged base. We love coconut for its ability to add not just flavor, but also a creamy texture and smoothness to dark beer. For this edition, coconut from the Philippines was used, resulting in a deep, round, and tropical treat.
