Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne – Lambics vieillis en fûts de Whisky tourbé is a spontaneously fermented beer made from a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics, aged in peated Scotch whisky barrels. This unfiltered and unpasteurized beer undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle for over a year. 4,528 bottles of this batch were produced.
