Stevnsbær, a single-variety cherry mead.

The Stevns grape is known for its small size, deep red/burgundy color, and characteristically complex flavor. It's no wonder many call it the "Nordic Grape."

Expect a cherry-like, semi-sweet mead with a lingering finish of honey, cherries, and notes of almond, cinnamon, and vanilla. The well-integrated tannins of cherry peel and oak tie it all together.

This vintage is a blend of two grape varieties: one aged in stainless steel and one aged for approximately 6 months on oak staves, adding extra volume, structure, and vanilla notes to the final blend.
