Bottling date: 11-06-2024
Number of bottles: 1,315

For this small blend of Cognac geuze, we have blended three lambics that have aged for more than twenty months in cognac barrels. The lambics come from five different brews, of which more than 60% was brewed with local grains from the Pajottenland. As most of the lambics were brewed in 2020, the weighted average aging time of this blend is more than 46 months. The barrels come from a small-scale, independent cognac distillery in the Charente region of France, which is known for its focus on terroir and absolute quality.
