Amager Demon Juice | NEIPA

Demon Juice is a beer born from a friendship that spans borders. In 2016, Jacqueline Weycker from Green Bay, Wisconsin, was an exchange student in Copenhagen, living with a host family in Amager. Jacqueline – or Jackie – came from a brewing family, as her father, Brent, had founded one of the first craft breweries in Green Bay back in 1996: Titletown Brewing Co., located in an old, landmarked train station. Because her Danish host family knew of her interest in beer and brewing, they took her to Amager Bryghus, where she immediately made friends and volunteered to pour beer at a few of Amager's events, with the skill and professionalism that only a childhood in the beer world can give you! In the spring of 2019, Jackie sent us a message saying she would be coming back to Europe, this time on vacation with her whole family. We quickly arranged a stopover in Denmark, this time to brew an official collaboration beer between Titletown and Amager.
