We are two firefighters with a passion – not just for fighting fires, but also for brewing beer.
During our 24-hour shifts at the Flevoland Fire Department, we experience everything: action, camaraderie, and adrenaline. But alongside putting out fires and rescuing people, we picked up another fiery hobby in 2018: brewing beer.
Our quadrupel is a bold dark beer with a robust and full-bodied taste. This powerful brew is characterized by deep sweet notes and a complexity that delights the senses. With a harmonious blend of dark malts, including five different varieties, the quadrupel delivers a rich palette of flavors.
