Cervesa Espiga Berliner Weisse | Fruited Berliner Weisse

A Berliner Weisse, light yellow in color with fine bubbles. The aroma features fruity notes of peach, creating a very exotic and enchanting scent. On the palate, it combines acidity and freshness, followed by the delicate sweetness of peach, balanced by the nuances of wheat flakes and Lactobacillus yeast, essential for achieving the clean lactic acid character so characteristic of this Berlin style.
