Farsight Brewing Garage Symphony | NEIPA

The first beer release from Farsight Brewing! With the combination of artwork and hops, we want to capture the period in which we started. The garage represents where we began, just like Citra, the foundation. The silhouettes on the roof represent us, just like Mosaic, the touch that brings everything together. The stars in the sky that we stare at are like Galaxy, our vision.

In this beer, you will experience notes of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, peach, and a hint of blueberry, with a yeast profile that perfectly complements it. All of this is blended into a thick, heavenly mix of oats. Enjoy this big, juicy NEIPA!
