An exclusive blend of Barleywine Ale, aged in wooden barrels

The 16th Anniversary Barleywine Ale is a 36-month-old barleywine ale, aged in Heaven Hill® bourbon barrels, blended with a touch of 12-month-old barleywine ale. Each sip is more special than the last.

Many thanks to everyone who is part of this journey full of experiments, pushing boundaries with new recipes, and supporting our passion for our barrel-aged beer program. Cheers to 16 years and many more to come!

Alcohol percentage: 16.5% IBU: 25
Color: Hazy, brown
Aroma: Caramel, vanilla, molasses, followed by toffee, fig, cherry with other fruity notes, whiskey, graham cracker, along with some roasted notes, oak, and walnut.

Taste: Slightly sweet, slightly bitter, moderate, lingering sweetness, and a touch of umami.
