Jelster Passion From the Crate | Fruited IPA

Together with InnoGrowers, we developed a unique beer: a fruity IPA brewed with real Dutch passion fruit. The result is an exotic beer from local soil: Passie uit ’t Kassie. This IPA is packed with passion fruits that didn't meet the supermarket's cosmetic standards, but are perfect in taste. By processing these fruits into beer, they are given a valuable purpose—a wonderful step toward reducing food waste. By using aromatic Galaxy hops, added late in the brewing process, the beer gains an intensely fruity character. The fresh acidity of the passion fruit combines beautifully with the notes of peach and citrus provided by the Galaxy hops.

With 5% alcohol, Passie uit ’t Kassie is wonderfully drinkable, and believe us: after one glass, you'll want more.
