ADONIS is a robust Russian Imperial Stout with three different roasted malts that give the beer such a rich, deep roasted flavor. You shouldn't mess with ADONIS, as we had to double-mash the beer and boil it for a long time to achieve this syrupy thickness. We added freshly roasted cacao nibs for a chocolate flavor and combined it with one of our favorites: salted caramel extract. Enjoy sweet, savory, bitter, and roasted all at once.
