We continue our journey into the world of sauces!

This time we head to Asia, and more specifically to Thailand, with the famous Sriracha sauce.

We thought it would be a perfect match for an exotic fruit and a good dose of indulgence.

Pineapple seemed the ideal choice, especially in a Pastry Sour.

The fruit is incredibly fresh and juicy, while the Sriracha gently warms the palate and adds surprising umami and salty notes.
