Stu Mostów x Anniversary 5/10 | Sour

X Anniversary 5/10 Pastry Sour - the fifth in a series of anniversary beers brewed in collaboration with friends from Tripping Animals.

This beer is packed with mango and blueberry, balanced by cherry and orange, and offers a broad spectrum of fruitiness. The addition of marshmallow and vanilla rounds off the sweetness of this vibrant composition.

Using the classic kettle sour method, also a favorite among our staff, it is fermented with a traditional fruity yeast strain. The result is a nectar with high sweetness and great enjoyment in every sip.
