Track Brewing x Badlands Drifter | DIPA

We met Troy from Badlands at Hop City last year and were hugely impressed by their beers, which have been brewed at their farm in Caledon, Ontario since 2017. For our second collaboration (following Spiral from our FORMS Birthday Series), we combined a few exciting hop varieties to really take this DIPA to the next level.

Three forms of Citra were used, including Cryo Fresh, sourced from the concentrated lupulin of fresh whole hop cones for a bolder, fresher citrus character. We used Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Oil, also extracted from hops on harvest day, which provides a balanced Nelson flavor with all the wine notes and signature 'dankness' you could wish for. Both are supported by Nectaron and Riwaka, which add juiciness with tangy pineapple, passion fruit, and grapefruit.
