L'Apaisée Double Dark Saison | Sour

Origin: Switzerland

Volume: 75CL

Style: Sour

Alcohol Content: 8.6%

Untappd Rating: 3.87

Aged for two years in a foeder. Not a blend, but comes from a single cask. Looks like cola. We taste hints of oak, a 'funky' character, moderate acidity, caramel, and tea malt. In the aroma, we detect dried plum.
