Uncharted Brew Co. Uncharted Hop Heavens | Black IPA

This is the second stop in the UNCHARTED OUTPOSTS series — a traveling project where Uncharted Brew Co takes full creative control of hijacked stainless steel tanks.

Brewed at our fantastic friends at Hophemel for the Beer Experience Festival 2026, UNCHARTED HOP MINER is a Black West Coast IPA that digs deep. Crisp and dry in the glass, bursting with grapefruit zest and sticky pine aromas, with a tight, assertive bitterness that remains raw and unpolished — pure underground energy.

Whirlpool: Cascade/Amarillo
Dry Hop: Cascade/Citra/Centennial

Different tanks, same fuel.
